Science Around the World Day at Harrisburg University

Join us for an unforgettable day of discovery at Harrisburg University! Students will dive into hands-on experiences inside our state-of-the-art science laboratories, exploring the fascinating worlds of Forensics, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, Physics, and Biotechnology. From analyzing evidence like a forensic scientist to experimenting with chemical reactions and exploring the mysteries of life and the environment, participants will get a real taste of college-level scientific work.

This is more than just a lab day. It’s a chance to step into the role of a scientist, to investigate questions that matter, and to see how science connects directly to careers and the real world. Students will also have the opportunity to interact with HU faculty and collegiate students who are pushing the boundaries of scientific research every day.

Science Around the World Day is designed to give students a realistic glimpse of what it’s like to be part of a university science program. Lunch will be provided for all attendees.
